:: Guidelines for Paper Submission

The submission of papers will start on 15th October. Papers submitted before the scheduled date will not be processed.

Important Notice:

The conference accepts two general types of papers:

Full Scientific Papers: Authored by students, faculty members, and academic or industrial researchers, following standard scientific writing conventions.

Scientific-Industrial Papers

The page limit for Persian full scientific papers is 6 pages. Up to 8 pages may be submitted with an additional fee of 1,000,000 IRR per extra page.

The page limit for English full scientific papers is 5 pages. Up to 7 pages may be submitted with an additional fee of 1,000,000 IRR per extra page.
The structure of the paper should follow the format provided on the conference website, and a sample paper is attached below.
